Delegates gathered at the Millennium Mayfair hotel to hear high-level speakers and presenters discuss the future of public services and procurement. The keynote speaker was Ian Pearson MP, Economic Secretary to the Treasury. Chaired by Lord Filkin of the 2020 Public Services Trust, the conference heard from a wide range of experts including James Stewart, Chief Executive of Partnerships UK, Tim Byles, Partnerships for Schools, Amyas Morse of the National Audit Office and Charles Lloyd from HM Treasury.
