PUK has a close working relationship with the Strategic Investment Board (SIB), which oversees PPP/PFI implementation in Northern Ireland as well as building a long term investment strategy for the country.
Supporting the SIB
PUK was engaged by the Northern Ireland Executive and played a key role in advising the First Minister and Deputy First Minister on the structure and role of the SIB. PUK sits on the Board of SIB and supports them, via a framework agreement, over a wide range of their activities including:
- Support individual PFI/PPP projects.
- Help in structuring investment progress.
- Access to knowledge on other UK and European market intelligence.
